Success (almost)

After trial and error and research, I was able to turn out these pieces. I got the nice 3D effect I was looking for. I have some really pretty pieces here, and I’m afraid my photography doesn’t do them justice. My favorite is the rectangle on the 2nd row, right. The colors are amazing and the piece is so clear.

The top two rows were done in my usual mold, flat top ovals and rectangles. The bottom ovals were done in a mold I had purchased a while back and had not yet used. They are domed cabochons with the bezels poured after the piece has set for a couple hours. They are super shiny and really showy.

They will be pretty done up as pendants (I’ll show those off when I have them completed).

My only complaint from this batch is the color saturation. I have some blank spaces. I should have used more colored inks. That’s for tomorrow’s pour.
